Super Capers is a 2009 action comedy film and a parody of superhero movies, written and directed by Ray Griggs who also starred as one of the misfit superheros.
Ed Gruberman: Hey! Why don't you use your, uh, mind thing and pop open the trunk?
Herman Brainard: No problem.
(Herman makes mind control sound effect)
Ed Gruberman: What are you doing?
Herman Brainard: I'm making a sound effect. No superhero can use his powers without a good sound effect in the background. Come on, help me out.
Ed Gruberman: Really?
Herman Brainard: I'm not doing it without!
Ed Gruberman: Alright! Okay. Uh...
(both make mind control sound effects, the limousine trunk opens)
Ed Gruberman: Hey! You did it!
Herman Brainard: Yeah. It's amazing I did with all that racket you were making in the background. Couldn't hear myself think.
