Film stars Douglas McGrath, Sigourney Weaver, John Turturro, Ryan Phillippe, Alan Cumming, Anthony LaPaglia with Woody Allen and Denis Leary as "Officer Fry". Bill Murray had a cameo appearance in the film, but his appearance was cut.
