Almost Heroes is a 1998 comedy film starring Chris Farley and Matthew Perry and directed by Christopher Guest, known for such movies as Best in Show and A Mighty Wind. It is narrated by Harry Shearer, (Guest and Shearer were cast mates together on Saturday Night Live) who is best known for voicing characters such as Ned Flanders on The Simpsons and as a member of Spinal Tap.
